          वाक इन इंटरव्यू की तिथि 05/08 / 2024 को प्रातः 10:00 बजे जिला परियोजना लाईवलीहुड कॉलेज दंतेवाड़ा आयोजित किया जावेगा। शैक्षणिक योग्यता एवं कार्य अनुभव संबंधी सम्पूर्ण दस्तावेज की मूल प्रति के साथ एक सेट प्रतिलिपि के साथ उपस्थित होवे ।

जिला परियोजना लाईवलीहुड कॉलेज दन्तेवाड़ा में मुख्यमंत्री / प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना एवं अन्य योजना अन्तर्गत प्रशिक्षण संचालन किये जाने हेतु अल्पावधि कौशल प्रशिक्षण कार्य हेतु अस्थाई मेहमान प्रशिक्षकों की आवश्यकता है। अस्थाई मेहमान प्रशिक्षकों एवं अन्य की भर्ती वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू के माध्यम से किया जाना है। निम्नानुसार पदों व उनके सम्मुख दर्शाये विवरण अनुसार प्रशिक्षकों की भर्ती हेतु इच्छुक एवं पात्र आवेदको द्वारा, इस पद के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ शासन कौशल विकास, तकनीकी शिक्षा एवं रोजगार विभाग द्वारा जारी मुख्यमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना अंतर्गत नवीनतम दिशा-निर्देश के अनुकुल निर्धारित शैक्षणिक एवं तकनीकि योग्यता अनुसार आवेदन आमंत्रित किया जाता हैं

1. सरल क्रमांक 1 से 10 तक प्रशिक्षक हेतु आयु सीमा का कोई बंधन नहीं होगा । एवं 11 से 13 पद हेतु आयु सीमा न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष से अधिकतक 35 वर्ष होना चाहिए शासन द्वारा समय-समय में जारी आयु सीमा में छूट का प्रावधान रहेगा ।

2. Sewing Machine Operator, Domestic Data entry Operator, Assistant Mason, Two Wheeler Service Assistant, Street Vendor (Food Stall) उक्त कोर्स के 1-1 प्रशिक्षको को जिला जेल दन्तेवाड़ा में प्रशिक्षण प्रदाय हेतु जाना होगा । जिसमें प्रत्येक कोर्स में 30 दिवस के 2 बैच का प्रशिक्षण संचालित किया जाना है । 

3. पदों की संख्या परिवर्तनीय है । आवश्यकता एवं लक्ष्य के आधार पर प्रशिक्षण किया जावेगा । 

4. सरल क्रमांक 11 एवं 12 के पद के कर्मचारियों को निर्धारित छात्रावास में निवासरत रहकर कार्य करना होगा । 

एवं लाईवलीहुड कॉलेज में कार्यालयीन कार्य करना होगा । 

5. यह भर्ती पूर्णतः अस्थाई है, तथा राज्य कार्यालय से इस संस्था को प्राप्त प्रशिक्षण लक्ष्य पर निर्भर है। यह 1 वर्ष के लिए होगा आवश्यकता एवं प्रशिक्षण के आधार पर प्रशिक्षण का आकलन कर प्रशिक्षक की सेवा अवधि आगे बढ़ाने का निर्णय संस्था प्रमुख द्वारा कलेक्टर महोदय के अनुमोदन उपरांत लिया जावेगा । प्रशिक्षण की समाप्ति पर सेवा अवधि समाप्त मानी जायेगी । 

6. चयनित अभ्यर्थी को प्रशिक्षण कार्य के अतिरिक्त हितग्राहियों का मोबलाईजेशन, उनका काउंसलिंग एवं प्रशिक्षण 

उपरांत उत्तीर्ण प्रशिक्षणार्थिओं का 03 माह के भीतर प्लेसमेंट कराना अनिवार्य होगा । 

7. चयनित अभ्यर्थी को संबंधित SSC एवं राज्य कार्यालय से संबध्द संस्था द्वारा TOT सर्टिफिकेशन नही होने के 

दशा में चयन उपरांत नियुक्ति दिनांक से 2 माह के भीतर स्वयं के खर्चे पर संबंधित सेक्टर में TOT सर्टिफिकेशन करना अनिवार्य होगा, अन्यथा चयनित अभ्यर्थी की नियुक्ति संस्था प्रमुख द्वारा निरस्त किया जा सकेगा ।

8. चयनित अभ्यर्थी को प्रति प्रशिक्षण कार्य दिवस 900.00रू अनुसार भुगतान किया जावेगा । एवं आजीविका विकास कार्यक्रम योजना हेतु प्रशिक्षकों को मानदेय 750.00 रू प्रति कार्य दिवस मानेदय देय होगा। 

9. यह एक अस्थाई भर्ती है चयनित अभ्यर्थी द्वारा भविष्य में स्थाई नौकरी की मांग नही की जा सकेगी । 

10. शैक्षणिक / तकनीकी अर्हता, अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र, आयु आदि के प्रमाण हेतु संबंधित प्रमाण पत्र स्वयं द्वारा अभिप्रमाणित प्रतियां संलग्न करना आवश्यक है। 

11. आवेदन पत्र में असत्य जानकारी देने पर आवेदन पत्र निरस्त कर दिया जावेगा, साथ ही नियमानुसार आवेदक के विरूद्ध वैधानिक कार्यवाही की जावेगी | 

12. अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा उनके लेटरहेड में जारी किये गए होने चाहिए। 

13. शासकीय, अर्द्धशासकीय स्वशासी संस्थानों में कार्यरत् कर्मचारियों को अपने नियोक्ता द्वारा जारी अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है । 

14. आवेदक द्वारा दिये गये अनुभव की जॉच कराई जायेगी, जॉच में किसी भी प्रकार से गलत जानकारी प्राप्त होने की स्थिति में आवेदक का आवेदन पत्र अमान्य किया जायेगा । 

15. आवेदक अपनी अर्हताएं संबंधित अनुभव की जांच स्वयं कर लें एवं विज्ञापित पद के लिये निर्धारित अर्हताएं, अनुभव एवं शर्तों को पूरा करने पर ही आवेदन करें । चयन एवं सेवा के किसी भी स्तर पर आवेदक के अयोग्य पाये जाने पर या असत्य जानकारी आदि दिये जाने पर आवेदन / नियुक्ति निरस्त कर दिया जावेगा जिसके लिए वह स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।

1. There will be no age limit for trainers from simple number 1 to 10. And for posts 11 to 13, the age limit should be minimum 18 years to maximum 35 years. There will be a provision for relaxation in the age limit issued by the government from time to time.

2. Sewing Machine Operator, Domestic Data entry Operator, Assistant Mason, Two Wheeler Service Assistant, Street Vendor (Food Stall) 1-1 trainers of the above course will have to go to District Jail Dantewada for training. In which 2 batches of 30 days training is to be conducted in each course. 

3. The number of posts is variable. Training will be done on the basis of need and goal. 

4. Employees of posts of simple number 11 and 12 will have to work while staying in the designated hostel. 

And will have to do office work in Livelihood College. 

5. This recruitment is completely temporary, and depends on the training target received by this institution from the state office. This will be for 1 year, after assessing the training on the basis of need and training, the decision to extend the service period of the trainer will be taken by the head of the institution after the approval of the Collector. On completion of training the service period will be considered ended. 

6. In addition to training the selected candidates, mobilization of beneficiaries, their counseling and training. 

After this, it will be mandatory for the passed trainees to get placed within 03 months. 

7. The selected candidate will not be required to have TOT certification from the institution affiliated to the concerned SSC and State Office. 

In such case, after selection, it will be mandatory to do TOT certification in the concerned sector at one's own expense within 2 months from the date of appointment, otherwise the appointment of the selected candidate can be canceled by the head of the institution.

              8. The selected candidate will be paid Rs 900.00 per training working day. And for the Livelihood Development Program Scheme, the trainers will be paid an honorarium of Rs 750.00 per working day.। 

9. This is a temporary recruitment and the selected candidate will not be able to demand a permanent job in future. 

10. It is necessary to attach self attested copies of relevant certificates for proof of educational/technical qualification, experience certificate, age etc. 

11. If false information is given in the application form, the application form will be canceled and legal action will be taken against the applicant as per rules. 

12. Experience certificates should be issued by the competent authority on their letterhead. 

13. It is mandatory for employees working in government and semi-government autonomous institutions to attach the no objection certificate issued by their employer. 

14. The experience given by the applicant will be verified. In case any wrong information is found during the verification, the applicant's application form will be invalidated. 

15. Applicants should check their qualifications and experience themselves and apply only after fulfilling the prescribed qualifications, experience and conditions for the advertised post. If the applicant is found ineligible at any stage of selection and service or if false information is given, the application/appointment will be canceled for which he will himself be responsible. 

16. The decision of the employer will be binding on all matters during the entire selection process. 

17. It is mandatory to give separate details of all the supporting documents attached with the application and carefully check all the attached certificates.
